Description

Agents are LLMs given tools, memory and a loop. This course covers how to build them so they stay reliable: planning patterns, tool design, state and memory, retries and guardrails, human approval steps, and the observability you need to debug non-deterministic systems.

You build three agents — a research assistant, a workflow automator and a customer-support triage bot — and learn when a plain workflow beats an agent.

Frequently asked questions

No. You build three working agents and deploy one, with tracing, evaluations and guardrails in place.
